Jessica | Owner & Head Coach (In Person & Online Coach)

7 years ago I saw a picture of myself and I didn't recognize the person that was staring back at me. I had NO idea that I looked that way, but I knew that I could not spend another minute feeling miserable and unhappy.
I could go on for days with a million excuses, but ultimately there were NO excuses. Reality was that I weighed over 400 lbs, and I did that to myself. Admitting that I did this to myself was a hard pill to swallow, but I knew that if I DID this to myself I could UNDO it too. I refused to sit and feel sorry for myself, but I had no idea where to even begin. I decided to make an investment - an investment in myself. I hired a personal trainer and went through dietitian after dietitian until I found a nutrition coach who spoke my language and helped me change my life. I surrounded myself with people who supported me on this mission and I was determined to be anything other than mediocre. As I look back at my before and after pictures, I know the work that I have put in and I am proud of my results. I never knew this level of confidence existed, but it is my goal to help you find it!!!!

Kain | Trainer (In Person & Online Coach)

Kain is a multiple sport collegiate and professional athlete. He has a bachelor's degree in Sport Management and several training certifications including CSCS, NASM , ACE, and USA weightlifting. He specializes in high level combat athletes where he currently trains some of the best in the world. Martial arts and combat sports are a passion that he still regularly competes in, he has three different blackbelts and a current purple belt competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Kevin | Trainer (In Person & Online Coach)

I’m a personal trainer with over 12 years of experience, specializing in helping clients manage back pain and work through injuries. Having lost 50 pounds in my own fitness journey, I’m passionate about supporting others in achieving their goals. My approach focuses on personalized training plans, movement mastery, and empowering clients to build strength and confidence from anywhere.

Hannah | Trainer (In Person Coach)

Hannah is a former childhood/teen athlete and mother of three kiddos. She knows how important being physically active is on health, well-being and confidence. She played volleyball, softball and basketball up through high school and has continued to train and stay active into adulthood.

Aaron | Trainer (In Person Coach)

Aaron is passionate about all aspects of fitness. He loves CrossFit, bodybuilding, Olympic lifting, and the thrill of competition. Most importantly, he believes in striving for a functional level of fitness so you will never have to stop doing the things you love.

Jasmine | Trainer (Online Coach)

From an early age, I knew what it was like to feel alone in a crowded room. Growing up in a small town and being a young mother was a defining experience that has shaped me as a person and informed the way she I work with clients. Those years developed my drive to empower others to never feel as though they are on their journey to improve their health, fitness, and overall wellness on their own.

Through the discovery of athletics, I was able to harness the natural drive I had as a competitor. In this time I gained a wealth of knowledge on how to fuel my body for performance. This has helped me be successful in the arenas of Jiu jitsu and powerlifting.

By seeing the impact the ability to become strong, confident, and capable had on my own self belief I’ve turned those efforts towards bringing these same feelings to others. As a licensed Massage Therapist, Athletic Performance Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Movement Specialist - I aim to offer a comprehensive approach to those seeking support to take the next step.

The dynamic between what we eat and its relationship to how we operate is at the core of this philosophy. This is a dynamic you can redefine to meet you where you're at in life. Whether that may be a parent who is managing a busy life while raising children or a high level competitive athlete, it starts with having someone in your corner who believes you can.
